About the Journal
Liceu On-line is a biannual, free, open-access academic publication published by FECAP (Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado).
Focus and Scope
Dissemination of scientific articles resulting from research work provided that: 1) they represent technical-scientific advances; 2) they establish specific questions and reflections related to the different areas of Social Sciences; 3) they include critical analyses that have as a starting point theoretical assumptions to support new hypotheses on the issues raised; 4) they portray and analyze relevant cases or situations in organizations; 5) they present a review of a relevant theme or subject, effectively contributing to related discussions.
Mission:
Liceu On-line's mission is to promote and disseminate studies in the area of Administration, sharing knowledge with the scientific community in Brazil and enabling discussion with the international scientific community, thus seeking to improve the way society coordinates itself and the management of organizations.
Peer Review Process
The reviewers are researchers who have expertise in the area of discussion of the presented work. The criteria for evaluating the articles take into account the relevance of the topic, originality of the contribution to the area of Social Sciences, clarity of the text, adequacy of references, structuring and theoretical development, methodology used, conclusions and contribution offered to the knowledge and practice of the area studied in the publication.
The works submitted for publication in Liceu On-line must be unpublished. It is understood that works presented at conferences are still works in progress and only cease to be unpublished when they are published in scientific journals.
Liceu On-line adopts the CC-BY Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license that Allows the Redistribution and Reuse of a licensed work under the condition that the creator is duly credited.
Frequency
The Liceu On-line journal publishes issues every six months
Open Access Policy
This journal offers immediate free access to its content, following the principle that making scientific knowledge freely available to the public provides greater global democratization of knowledge.

Authors who publish in this journal agree to the following terms:

Articles submitted to Liceu-Online Magazine are original and unpublished and are not undergoing evaluation in another journal(s).
When necessary, authors must provide corrections or retractions of errors made.
The opinions and ideas expressed in the articles are the responsibility of the authors.
